From sourcing of raw materials to the manufacture of final products, ASAHI INTECC has integrated in-house production system and unique core technologies. The materials used in medical devices are subject to the most stringent requirements in terms of both specifications and quality, but few material manufacturers in the world are actually capable of stable supply of these high-level materials. To ensure that the materials we use meet the requirements for production, ASAHI INTECC purchases raw materials as far upstream as possible and treats them in-house to ensure that they are as close as possible to the ideal. In addition, all other production process including packaging and sterilization are conducted in-house. This allows us to maintain total control over product quality and ensures that we are able to offer products with quality unmatched by any competitor. To best meet customers' needs, we combine powerful research and development with advanced technology for mass production. ASAHI INTECC (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is our mass-production center. Our specialized medical product factory in Thailand boasts an ISO-certified quality control system, the latest production facilities and highly motivated and skilled employees. As a production base for medical devices applied in environment where human lives are at stake, airborne particulate contamination is controlled to maintain high level of cleanroom environment in our worksites. In the production lines, inspection is performed at each stage of the process and includes load inspections and checking for wire warping and lubricity at micro-millimeter levels. Only products that have passed these rigorous quality control standards are released to the market.
