Using its proprietary wire drawing technology, ASAHI INTECC produces ultra fine stainless wires with diameters from  0.013 mm to 0.50 mm. The performance of this technology include:

- Able to produce ultra-thin (0.013 mm) stainless wire.
- The diamond die used in wire drawing is formed and polished in-house for precise control of wire outside diameters in steps of 2μm.
- Able to fabricate ultra-thin flat wires (t = 0.015 mm) using a high-precision rolling machine.
- Able to fabricate special heat-treated wires (high-tension wires) that exceeds standard breaking load defined by ASTM.
