From sourcing of raw materials to the manufacture of final products, ASAHI INTECC's integrated in-house production system and proprietary core technologies maintain consistent, superior quality. The materials used in medical devices are subject to the most stringent requirements in terms of both specifications and quality, but few material manufacturers in the world are actually capable of stable supply of these high quality materials. To ensure that the materials we use meet the requirements for production, ASAHI INTECC purchases raw materials as far upstream as possible and treats them in-house to ensure that they are as close as possible to the ideal. In addition, all other production process including packaging and sterilization are conducted in-house. This allows us to maintain total control over product quality and ensures that we are able to offer products with quality unmatched by any competitor.

At ASAHI INTECC, our integration of R&D and production technologies gives us the innovative R&D power and advanced mass-production capabilities required to best meet our customers' needs. At ASAHI INTECC mass-production center in Thailand, our specialized medical product factory boasts an ISO-certified quality control system, the latest production facilities and about 300 highly motivated and skilled employees.
As a production base for medical devices used to save human lives, this factory maintains the cleanest possible conditions. Stringent air quality checks are applied to workshop spaces, and similar quality control measures are also applied to the water used in production as well as to the production line itself. A rigorous inspection system checks product load capability, wire bending and lubricity at the micrometric scale. Only products that meet our highest quality control standards are released to the market.
